The MHST main building project expanded that same healthcare exterior scope, adding complexity through courtyards, access limitations, and specialty prep work. J.E. Travis Painting again partnered with Kellar Martin for Methodist Hospital Systems, executing large scale exterior work where logistics and sequencing were as important as the finish itself. The combined value for the MHST projects was approximately $648,000, showing the scale of work required to refresh a high traffic medical facility.

Access remained the main constraint. Interior courtyard areas limited lift use and forced ladder work in tight zones. Some walls had existing anti graffiti coatings that had to be removed before the new finish system could perform correctly. Swing stage work added another layer, including safety certification and coordination, because those access systems are not everyday tools for most crews. The result is a refreshed exterior with clean branding alignment and durable surfaces built to handle the reality of an active hospital site.
