Friedrich Air Conditioning recently moved into their new local headquarters in the Union Square II building at Isom and 281.  Renovating their space included painting of GWB, exposed structures and wood elements, as well as the manufacture and installation of casework and architectural millwork.  Highlights of this very complex and challenging project include:  installation of several hundred feet of interlocked, multi-colored stenciled pipes on painted GWB, installation of a curved, full-height metal laminate panel system in the foyer, and installation of specialty carved MDF panels.
